NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--At its regularly scheduled meeting, the Board of Directors of Transatlantic Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TRH) elected Gary A. Schwartz, Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Schwartz was also elected to a similar title with Transatlantic Reinsurance Company, a subsidiary of TRH.
In addition, at its regularly scheduled meeting, the Board of Directors of Transatlantic Reinsurance Company elected the following officers:
