The company aims to introduce five new electric SUVs by 2026, starting with the XUV.e8 in December 2024, followed by the XUV.e9 in April 2025. These vehicles will be built on Mahindra's innovative INGLO platform, designed specifically for electric vehicles, which promises enhanced performance, range, and technology. Mahindra's strategy includes not only expanding its EV lineup but also focusing on premium offerings to capture a segment of the market where Tata currently holds a significant share. This move is part of Mahindra's broader ambition to become a leader in the EV space, leveraging its established brand in the SUV market to challenge Tata's dominance.
