The bond's interest rate is tied to the company's performance in achieving specific sustainability targets, including increasing the proportion of green-certified warehouses and enhancing energy efficiency. This initiative not only supports the growth of sustainable infrastructure but also aligns with India's broader environmental goals, promoting green building practices and reducing the carbon footprint of the warehousing industry.
