This allows the Company an additional 5 business days to file the form 10-Q which otherwise would be due on November 14, 2011. The Company expects to file the 10-Q on or before November 21, 2011. In addition, the Company will host a conference call on Wednesday, November 30 at 11 AM Eastern Standard Time to discuss the operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.
