VentriPoint Announces Extension of Expiry Date of Warrants
SEATTLE, WASHINGTON--(Marketwire - Feb. 3, 2012) -

VentriPoint Diagnostics Ltd. ("VentriPoint" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:VPT) (PINKSHEETS:VPTDF) announces that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange Inc. approval, it intends to extend the expiry date of 845,716 share purchase warrants ("Warrants") of the Company which were issued on February 17, 2009, pursuant to a private placement financing announced December 8, 2008. The Warrants were originally issued for a term of three years from the date of closing with an expiry date of February 17, 2012. The Company intends to extend the expiry date of the Warrants to March 30, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the Warrants will remain the same.
