BATESVILLE, Ind., Sept. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: [ HRC ]) announced today that its board of directors has declared a fiscal year 2012 fourth quarter dividend of $0.125 per share. This dividend is payable on September 28, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 14, 2012.
