YORK, Pa., Oct. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Unilife Corporation ("Unilife" or "Company") (NASDAQ: [ UNIS ];  ASX: UNS) announced today that it intends to release its financial results for the fiscal 2013 first quarter ended September 30, 2012 after market trading ends on Tuesday, October 30, 2012.
