WILMINGTON, MA--(Marketwire - Jan 8, 2013) -  [ Implant Sciences Corporation ] (OTCQB: [ IMSC ]), a high technology supplier of systems and sensors for homeland security and defense markets, today announced that it has received a follow-on order for its [ Quantum Sniffer™ QS-H150 ] Handheld Explosives Trace Detector from the protection service for an Asian head of state that initially deployed a QS-H150 in 2006.

Implant Sciences' Quantum Sniffers are currently utilized for VIP protection throughout the world, including regions such as Central America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
