NEW YORK, March 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP ([ www.hfesq.com ]) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Obagi Medical Products, Inc. ("OMPI" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: [ OMPI ]) concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company to Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. ("Valeant") in a transaction valued at approximately $360 million.

On March 20, 2013, OMPI announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which the Company will be acquired by Valeant.  Under the terms of the agreement, OMPI stockholders will receive $19.75 in cash for each share held.
