(NASDAQ: [ ROSG ]), a leading developer and provider of microRNA-based molecular diagnostics, today announced that following the close of the U.S. stock market on Friday, March 22, 2013, the Company filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2012 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The Form 20-F includes audited annual consolidated financial statements, as well as additional information regarding the Company.
