The PGA Tour's Players Championship is enhancing its fan experience by introducing immersive viewing options at Cosm venues in Dallas and Los Angeles. These venues will feature "Shared Reality" technology, allowing fans to feel as if they are at the iconic 16th, 17th, and 18th holes of TPC Sawgrass. This technology uses 87-foot diameter LED domes to provide a 3D, 8K viewing experience, complete with real-time data and interactive elements. The initiative aims to bring the excitement of the tournament's closing holes directly to fans, offering a unique blend of live sports viewing and advanced technology. The event will take place from March 14-17, 2024, with tickets available for purchase starting at $45.
