Jimmy Wayne Carwyle is scheduled to return to court on June 26 for a hearing to determine his placement.

A man accused of crashing into Jennifer Aniston's gate in 2022 has been ruled not mentally fit to stand trial by a judge in Los Angeles. The suspect, identified as Jeffrey Thompson, was charged with misdemeanor vandalism and reckless driving after allegedly driving his car into the gate of Aniston's Bel Air home. During a court hearing, a mental health expert testified that Thompson suffers from schizophrenia and is unable to understand the nature of the legal proceedings against him. As a result, the judge ordered Thompson to be committed to a state mental health facility for treatment until he is deemed competent to stand trial.
