LONDON, ENGLAND--(Marketwire - June 5, 2009) - Centric Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CTE) announces that it has granted stock options to certain of its directors and officers to purchase up to 2,215,000 common shares of the Company. Each option is exercisable to acquire one common share of Centric Energy at a price of $0.06 until June 5, 2014. The options will vest in accordance with Centric Energy's stock option plan.
