The 10-year Trademark License Agreement gives DSE the right to utilize intellectual property, including trademarks, patents and formulation, relating to Proantinox®, Medical Nutrition's urinary tract cleansing complex, in return for royalty payments based on sales to the retail market. Medical Nutrition will continue to market the product to the institutional market under the UTI-Stat™ brand. Proantinox® (UTI- Stat™) is a liquid urinary tract cleansing complex developed by Medical Nutrition that has been shown to be effective in reducing recurrent urinary tract infections.

DSE markets leading specialty health products through a number of national and regional retail outlets including Walgreen's, CVS, Rite Aid, Walmart, Target stores, Duane Reade, Safeway, Winn Dixie and Giant Foods.
