The May 13 program discusses new data that point to the fact that aging increases the need for dietary protein and that many elderly people consume a marginal or inadequate amount of protein, resulting in an accelerated rate of sarcopenia or loss of skeletal muscle mass. The webinar is focused on ways to treat loss of skeletal muscle mass in the elderly with the use of a protein complementary.
