Jeffreys Distributing Co, a North Carolina-based Anheuser-Busch distributor, as the brand continues to increase its distribution throughout the Carolinas. R.A. Jeffreys Distributing Co is located in Eastern North Carolina and covers 29 counties with 5 branch locations.
