Stockholders of CombinatoRx and Neuromed Vote for Merger

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. & VANCOUVER--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--CombinatoRx, Incorporated (NASDAQ: CRXX) and Neuromed Pharmaceuticals Inc., a privately held biopharmaceutical company, today announced that their respective stockholders approved the merger between CombinatoRx and Neuromed and all other related proposals at each of their stockholder meetings on December 18, 2009. CombinatoRx and Neuromed expect the merger will close on Monday, December 21, 2009.
