WellCare Names Charles G. Berg Non-Executive Chairman of the Board

TAMPA, Fla.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--WellCare Health Plans, Inc. (NYSE: WCG) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Charles G. Berg non-executive chairman of the Board. Mr. Berg has served as WellCarea™s executive chairman since January 2008. The change is effective January 1, 2011, following the expiration of Mr. Berga™s employment agreement on December 31, 2010.
