Lucid, Inc. Announces Separation of Unit to Common Stock and Warrant

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--([ ])--Lucid, Inc. (OTCBB: LCDX, LCDXW) today announced that the units sold (OTCBB: LCDCU) in the previously announced underwritten public offering have been separated according to the provisions in Lucidas Prospectus dated December 27, 2011. As of February 27, 2012 Lucidas common stock and warrants were listed on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the ticker symbols LCDX (OTCBB: LCDX) and (OTCBB: LCDXW), respectively.
