Graymark Healthcare Partners With Medical Center of Arlington to Deliver Comprehensive Sleep Care

Agreement Represents Graymark's 101st Sleep Center

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK--(Marketwire - Mar 28, 2012) - Graymark Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ GRMH ]), the nation's second largest provider of diagnostic sleep services and an innovator in comprehensive care for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), has partnered with the Medical Center of Arlington in South Arlington, Texas to offer comprehensive sleep medicine services to city residents and the mid Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The Medical Center of Arlington (MCA) facility operates under the Hospital Corporation of America. MCA features four beds accommodating overnight stays in comfortable surroundings designed for proper diagnosis, which is followed up by Graymark's comprehensive sleep medicine program. The facility is expected to benefit from MCA's highly-skilled medical staff for the administration and management of Graymark's comprehensive care model.

The agreement represents Graymark's 101st location nationwide, consisting of 15 standalone facilities, seven therapy facilities and 79 hospital or rural outreach locations. MCA also represents their ninth location in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, making Graymark the market leader in terms of number of sleep studies conducted in the area.

"Our partnership with the Medical Center of Arlington reflects the continued market acceptance we've been enjoying for our comprehensive model of diagnosing and treating patients afflicted by sleep apnea," said Stanton Nelson, CEO of Graymark Healthcare. "We plan to further consolidate the Dallas-Fort Worth market, while remaining committed to delivering exceptional sleep medicine and leveraging our professional support staff already established in the region."

These sleep medicine programs augment the company-owned, freestanding facilities, and are an important part of Graymark's go-to-market strategy. This is due to the relatively low start-up cost and more rapid deployment, as well as lower ongoing administrative time and expense. Graymark's OSA patients also benefit from the full and immediate resources of a well-established, professionally operated medical facility.

"Graymark's unique approach to treating sleep-related health issues, particularly OSA, was a key driver in the formation of our partnership," said Timothy Everidge, Director - Ancillary Services at MCA. "We are confident their extensive experience with sleep management, coupled with our established clinical excellence, will provide the residents of Arlington and surrounding areas with exceptional comprehensive care."
