Mr. Lay has over 20 years of executive level experience in operations management, sales management, full life cycle development and implementation, and tactical and strategic corporate planning. He was also responsible for client development procedures, partner selection, internal and client budgeting, revenue projections, forecasting and trending business metrics. Mr. Lay has established a highly successful track record in meeting sales and profitability goals.
