Health Managementas advisory vote on executive compensation was overwhelmingly approved with a vote of more than 92%. Stockholders also re-elected each of Health Managementas nine directors and approved Ernst & Young LLP as the Companyas auditors, by similarly overwhelming majorities a" 94% or greater.

Immediately following the annual meeting, Health Management hosted a ceremony to honor our nationas veterans, reservists and active military personnel in observance of Memorial Day. Mr. Schoen, a retired member of the U.S. Marine Corp, led the ceremony, which included honorees from the Wounded Warrior Project, which assists severely injured service members. In 2011, the Department of Defense recognized Health Managementas support of Guard and Reserve employees while they are on military duty with the departmentas Above and Beyond award.
