ST. LOUIS, July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Express Scripts Holding Company (Nasdaq: [ ESRX ]), one of the largest pharmacy benefit management companies in North America, announced today its intention to release its second quarter earnings on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 after the market closes and will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss second quarter results on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).
