LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Almost Family, Inc. (Nasdaq: [ AFAM ]), a leading regional provider of home health nursing services, announced today that William Yarmuth, Chairman & CEO, and Steve Guenthner, President & Principal Financial Officer are scheduled to participate in a panel discussion at the Piper Jaffray 24th Annual Healthcare Conference in New York.

The Home Health and Hospice Trends for the Future Panel will take place on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. ET. The panel discussion will last for approximately one hour and will be moderated by Kevin Ellich, Senior Research Analyst at Piper Jaffray. Eric Berger, CEO of the Partnership for Quality Home Healthcare and Tony Strange, President & CEO of Gentiva Health Services, Inc. will also participate in the panel discussion.
