Alcon Announces Fourth Quarter 2008 Financial Release and Conference Call Dates
HNENBERG, Switzerland--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Alcon, Inc. (NYSE: ACL) will report on its fourth quarter financial results for the period ended December 31, 2008 after the market close on Wednesday, February 11, 2009.
Management of the company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Thursday, February 12, 2009, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Presenting from Alcon will be Cary Rayment, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Richard Croarkin, senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer.
