SCOR comments on decision of the Swiss Federal Administrative Tribunal dated December 22, 2008
After examination, SCOR takes note of the decision of the Swiss Federal Administrative Tribunal dated December 22, 2008 in connection with the appeal filed by SCOR with respect to certain aspects of the Swiss Takeover Board's Recommendation IV dated June 9, 2007. As indicated in the past, SCOR has complied with all applicable Swiss legal and regulatory provisions in connection with its tender offer on Converium. SCOR notes with satisfaction the conclusion of this procedure.
