DIAGNOS Announces the Appointment of Chairman of the Board and Two Nominations to Its Management Team

BROSSARD, QUEBEC, CANADA--(Marketwire - Dec. 14, 2009) - DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced knowledge extraction techniques, announced today the appointment of Philip Renaud as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation and the nominations of Marc-Andre Massue, CA, as Vice-President - Finance and of Peter Nowacki as Vice-President - Healthcare.

Mr. Philip Renaud is a Director of DIAGNOS since September 2009. Mr. Renaud is a Managing Director of Church Advisors, a European investment advisory firm involved in private financings. A graduate of Franklin College of Switzerland with a Bachelor of Arts in international financial management, Mr. Renaud has been instrumental in securing many private equity financings and has an extensive European and North American network. Prior to his involvement with Church Advisors, Mr. Renaud was a founding partner of Change Capital Partners, a 300 million Euro private equity fund. He is also Director of Yorbeau Resources and was recently appointed as Chairman of the Board of DIA BRAS Exploration.

Mr. Massue joined the team in May 2008 as Controller. He has more than 15 years of financial and human resources management experience, acquired mainly with technology companies. Mr. Massue's main responsibilities include the preparation of the annual and quarterly reports, the preparation of investment tax credits claims and the development and monitoring of internal management policies. Mr. Massue received a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) from HEC Montreal, and a Diploma in Economics from the Universite de Montreal. Mr. Massue is a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Nowacki joined DIAGNOS in May 2009. Mr. Nowacki has more than 15 years of experience in both small and large organizations and his cross-functional experience in healthcare and technology is a value-added asset for the team already in place. Mr. Nowacki worked on many cross-functional projects such as the creation and management of a clinical database and knowledge mining platform at the Montreal Children's Hospital and the creation of a high-performance information technology team and department in a biotech company. He has also played a strategic role in a $1.6Bn healthcare IT investment organization put in place by the Federal Government and Health Canada for the creation of electronic health records for all Canadians. Mr. Nowacki holds a Master's degree with Dean's Honours in Bio-Informatics from McGill University, and an Executive MBA from Queen's University. He is the author of 13 peer-reviewed scientific publications.

Mr. Massue and Mr. Nowacki will report directly to the President of the Corporation.
