LOS ANGELES--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: PZZ) ("Prospect" or the "Company"), which owns and operates five hospitals and manages the medical care of HMO enrollees in southern California, today announced that it plans to issue financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended September 30, 2009 before the market opens on Monday, December 21, 2009. Management will host a conference call that same day at 4:15 pm ET / 1:15 pm PT to discuss these results.
