PROVIDENCE, R.I.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Nautic Partners, LLC, a private equity firm with more than $2.5 billion of capital under management, today announced that it has completed the sale of portfolio company Medegen, LLC to CareFusion Corporation (NYSE: CFN) for $225 million. Inclusive of prior distributions, the transaction will yield a return for Nautic of 3.5x its investment.
