NASHVILLE, Tenn.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--HealthSpring, Inc. (NYSE:HS) today announced details for the release of its results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2011.

HealthSpring plans to issue its earnings release for the third quarter ended September 30, 2011, before the opening of market trading on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, and will host a conference call that same day at 10:00 a.m. ET to discuss third quarter results as well as financial projections and other guidance for 2011.
