CML HealthCare Inc. Declares October Dividend

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 19, 2011) - CML HealthCare Inc. (TSX:CLC) (the "Company" or "CML") today announced the Board of Directors of the Company has declared October, 2011 cash dividend of $0.0629 per common share to shareholders of record as at the close of business on October 31, 2011, payable on November 18, 2011.

CML designates this dividend to be an "eligible dividend" pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and similar provincial and territorial legislation.
