MANDEVILLE, LA--(Marketwire - Feb 6, 2012) - Syncronys International Inc., ("Syncronys") (PINKSHEETS: [ SNTL ]), a Company committed to the use of alternate energy sources in the replacement of fossil fuel energy generation equipment, announced today that it has received approval from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, "FINRA," to be quoted on the OTC Markets and has commenced trading under the symbol "SNTL."
