(OTCBB: [ SBFM ]), a pharmaceutical company focused on the research, development and commercialization of drugs for the treatment of various forms of cancer, today announced that it has submitted a manuscript detailing Adva-27a preclinical research results for publication in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. Adva-27a is Sunshine Biopharma's lead anti-cancer compound which has been shown to be effective at killing multidrug resistant cancer cells in vitro. Multidrug resistant cancer cells do not respond to any of the chemotherapy drugs currently in use for cancer treatment. The manuscript, which was prepared by Sunshine Biopharma scientists in collaboration with scientists from Binghamton University in New York and from Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal (Canada), contains a substantial amount of data compiled from experiments conducted by these scientists.
