("BioSyent") (TSX VENTURE:RX) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary BioSyent Pharma Inc. has signed an exclusive Licensing and Distribution Agreement with a European partner for two new products that will be marketed by its' Hospital Products Division. The products utilize a patented delivery system which will provide Canadian hospitals and healthcare professionals improved safety and cost effectiveness versus products currently in use. The products will be launched after Health Canada approval.

BioSyent Inc. continues to concentrate on its pharmaceutical strategy to source products that have been successfully developed and proven to be safe and effective; manage these products through the regulatory process and product registration (approval); and once approved, market these products in Canada.
