  The Municipality of Trent Hills hosted an official grand opening of the Sunny Life Recreation Centre on Friday December 13th. The wonderful new recreational complex is a welcome addition to anyone looking to increase their fitness level.


The Sunny Life Recreation and Wellness Centre in Port Hope has officially opened its doors, offering a range of services aimed at enhancing community health and wellness. Located at 130 Peter Street, the centre features facilities like a gym, a walking track, and various fitness classes. It also includes a wellness clinic providing services such as physiotherapy, massage therapy, and chiropractic care. The centre aims to be a hub for both physical and mental health, promoting an active lifestyle among residents. The opening was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local dignitaries, community members, and the centre's staff, highlighting its role in fostering community spirit and health.
