The University of Texas at Tyler School of Health, Tyler Junior College, and UT Health East Texas are collaborating to host a series of events for Public Health Week from April 3-7. These events aim to educate the community on various health topics. The week kicks off with a Health Fair at the UT Tyler Health Science Center, offering free health screenings, vaccinations, and educational sessions on nutrition, mental health, and more. Other activities include a community walk, a blood drive, and a special event focusing on mental health awareness. The partnership seeks to enhance community health awareness and provide resources for better health management.
