(TSX VENTURE:BRL)(FRANKFURT:5BQ) announces that Silver Quest Resources Ltd. has incurred the $1 million in exploration expenditures, has paid Bearclaw the final $140,000, and has issued to Bearclaw the final 350,000 Silver Quest shares required for Silver Quest to earn a 60% interest in Bearclaw's Capoose mineral property interest.
