Moreover, it has been alleged that JNJ and certain officers and directors failed to disclose that they have been forced to issue over eight separate recalls including dozens of products and hundreds of millions of individual packages. Defendants are now under investigation by the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate, and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and multiple state Attorneys General offices.
