Medisafe 1 Technologies Exhibition Generates Remarkable Interest at HealthAchieve Conference
JERUSALEM, November 12, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Medisafe 1 Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: MFTH), a developer of patented technologies that physically prevent unauthorized administration of prescription medications, announced today that the company's exhibition of its barcoded syringe locking-device generated significant interest at the HealthAchieve Conference November 8-10, in Toronto, Canada.
Over 35 companies responded favorably, including some of the nation's largest medical suppliers, expressing interest in learning more about the potential widespread implementation of the lifesaving device.
A report drawn up by a third-party on Medisafe 1 Technologies' exhibit stated the following, "The overall response was overwhelmingly favorable. The features and benefits of the system were immediately apparent and the spontaneous response was almost always that this is a great product.
HealthAchieve is one of the largest and most prestigious health care gatherings in North America, with over 9,000 health care and business leaders from around the world.
"We are very pleased with the overwhelmingly positive response our exhibition received at the HealthAchieve Conference," said, Jacob Elhadad, CEO of Medisafe 1 Technologies. "This was the first such presentation of our patented syringe locking system. Implementation of the system in hospitals has the potential to significantly reduce the large number of deaths that occur each year due to improper administration of medicines."
