Titan Medical Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TMD) announced today that the Company has granted, effective February 9, 2011, a total of 160,000 incentive stock options to certain directors and officers pursuant to its incentive stock option plan. These stock options are exercisable until February 9, 2016, at a price of $1.27 subject to vesting over a period of twelve months.
