(Agadia) of New Jersey, noted for its ability to improve the quality of care and expedite prior authorization healthcare services,  and Comprehensive Care Corporation (CompCare) of Tampa, Florida (OTC BB: CHCR) announced today the signing of an agreement for Agadia to provide its services to CompCare de Puerto Rico, a subsidiary of CompCare. 

Agadia offers a web-based software solution, PAHub™, that simplifies and streamlines the prior authorization management of prescription drugs, medical services and durable medical equipment processes. CompCare provides behavioral health and at-risk psychotropic pharmacy management services for managed care companies and has elected to use PAHub™ to automate its pharmacy utilization management processes in Puerto Rico.
