Constellation Software Inc.: Constellation Software Inc. Acquires Food Service Assets of Superior School Supplies Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 16, 2008) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation ("Harris"), the acquisition of the food service software assets of Superior School Supplies, Inc. ("Superior").

As a result of the purchase, Superior staff will join Harris School Solutions, the Harris business unit focused on delivering mission critical systems to K-12 school districts in North America. Harris will immediately assume responsibility for the eTritionWare, MealTracker, AccuScan, and EZSchoolPay product lines. The Superior staff will continue to operate from their existing facilities in Wichita, Kansas and Parsons, Kansas.

Harris School Solutions General Manager Jerry Canada stated, "This acquisition represents a continuation of our strategy to expand our food service product offering for school districts. The Superior customer base overlaps nicely with our existing client base in the Midwest and California running Harris financial and student management solutions."
