VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 29, 2009) - Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (TSX:PBH) will hold a conference call to discuss its 2009 second quarter results on Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. PST (1:30 p.m. EST). Mr. George Paleologou, President & CEO and Mr. Will Kalutycz, CFO will host the call. A press release outlining Premium Brands' 2009 second quarter results will be issued on the morning of Thursday, August 6, 2009.

Effective July 22, 2009, Premium Brands successfully completed its conversion from an income trust structure to a corporate structure whereby all outstanding trust units of Premium Brands Income Fund were exchanged for common shares of Premium Brands Holdings Corporation on a one-for-one basis.
