BROSSARD, QUEBEC, CANADA--(Marketwire - July 24, 2009) - DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence ("AI") and advanced knowledge extraction techniques, announced today that Andre Larente, currently Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of DIAGNOS, has announced his intention to step down, with immediate effect, as Chairman of the Board, to enable him to focus fully on developing the Corporation's new business opportunities. The Board will take this opportunity to separate in future the roles of Chairman and CEO, in line with general recommended corporate governance, and will announce a new Chairman in due course. Andre Larente remains as CEO and a Director on the Board of DIAGNOS.
