TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 11, 2010) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that EZ Facility Inc. ("EZFacility"), a division of its wholly-owned subsidiary Jonas Software USA Inc. ("Jonas"), has acquired the shares of eFit Financial, Inc. of Denver, Colorado. The acquisition adds eFit's club management software (Club Advantage) and full service billing and financial services to the EZFacility solution portfolio.
