LIMERICK, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX), a leading global provider of medical technology products, announced today that it has completed the previously announced sale of its cargo systems and container aerospace businesses to a subsidiary of AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR) for $280 million.
The cargo systems and container businesses are reflected as discontinued operations in Teleflexas consolidated financial statements.
