FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., Dec. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc. (NYSE: [ SKH ]) today announced that Dev Ghose, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Roland Rapp, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, are scheduled to present at the Oppenheimer 22nd Annual Healthcare Conference on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 2:10 PM Eastern Time.  The conference is being held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City.
