(OTCBB: NRTI), a leader in targeted product development for the Clinical Nutrition and Sports Supplement Markets, announced the launch of the Company's private label channel and entered into a supply agreement with Muscle Maker Grill Restaurants ("MMG") to power the chain's Muscle Maker Grill Ultra Pro energizer protein shakes. "This new channel and relationship is a significant catalyst for our Company." stated Mark Mirken CEO. He further stated "We have created two new applications of our proprietary technology and formulations that will launch our revenue ramp beginning in the second quarter of 2012."

Muscle Maker Grill, LLC ("MMG"), one of the fastest growing health food franchise operations in the United States, has 53 restaurants in six States. MMG currently sells, on average, over 300 protein shakes weekly at each restaurant.

Under the supply agreement, Surgex will be the exclusive nutritional technology provider powering MMG's energizer shakes. The Surgex formulation is a protein based multi component nutrition powder that delivers over 40 grams of protein. MMG plans to launch Muscle Maker Grill Ultra Pro (SHAKES) powered by Surgex in Q2 of 2012. The contract contains minimum purchase requirements over its term and will be made in three flavors initially: Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry.
