Identa Corp., along with the American company Oximeter Plus ([ http://oximeterplus.com/ ]) (see Identa's press release from March 7[ http://www.alphatrade.com/news/stories/AM/2012-03-07/MRW/201203071015MRKTWIREUSPR____0860259.html ]), has created in the past 5 months, many marketing tools, training materials etc. to make a smooth introduction for Identa's products into the American markets.

In the last 3 weeks, Oximeter Plus has participated in the first two conventions related to the American high school system:

NASSP - National Association of Secondary School Principals - Tampa, Florida, March 8-10, 2012.
ASCD - Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, March 24-26, 2012.

The results have been excellent. The Oximeter team has been able to establish a relationship with almost 500 principals, school administrators, etc.

All of them have a high level of interest in using Identa's drug detectors, especially for the General Screening drug detector kit and for the Marijuana kit. The information already received from the first two conventions and with the future conventions will make it possible to introduce Identa's detectors in almost all of the high schools and colleges in the USA system. We are already supplying detectors as a result of the leads from the two conventions.

It is the first time that the high schools and colleges in USA are able to use drug detectors, because Identa's detectors are the only ones that are reliable with no false positives. Identa's Detectors have instant results.

At the same time, Oximeter Plus has already developed a strong connection with one of the American well known drug store chains. The name of the chain will be released only when the process will be accomplished.

Oximeter Plus is also developing a network of salesman connected with the American law enforcement agencies to introduce the drug detectors to the American police narcotics departments.

In the past Identa has made sales of the drug detectors in the states (with the previous representative company), but this new connection is completely different in all aspects. Therefore we feel that finally we have the right company to market our kits in the American markets.

Mr Shoham stated, "The American markets are huge and we are confident that we will finally be able to penetrate the American markets."
