Philly teens can get free Planet Fitness memberships this summer and reap the many benefits of resistance training

Planet Fitness is offering free summer memberships to teens aged 14 to 19 as part of its High School Summer Pass program, available from May 15 to August 31. This initiative, now in its third year, aims to encourage young people to engage in strength training and other fitness activities during their summer break. The program is accessible at participating Planet Fitness locations across the U.S. and Canada, with the requirement that teens under 18 must register with a parent or guardian. Additionally, Planet Fitness is hosting a scholarship contest where teens can submit a video or written essay about how fitness has positively impacted their lives, with a chance to win part of a $200,000 scholarship fund.
